Purchaser Acknowledgement
Regulatory Status and Jurisdiction. By completing your purchase, you confirm and acknowledge the following.
1. Software Product Only
You understand that you are purchasing automated trading software ("the Software") and not receiving investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, or any form of regulated advisory service. The Software is a technology tool. All trading decisions, whether executed automatically by the Software or otherwise, remain solely your own.
2. No Advisory Relationship
No advisory, fiduciary, or ongoing relationship is created between you and the seller by virtue of this purchase or your use of the Software. The seller does not know your financial position, risk tolerance, or investment objectives, and has not taken them into account.
3. Jurisdiction — Your Responsibility
You confirm that you have independently determined that purchasing, downloading, and using the Software is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or are otherwise subject to regulation. The seller makes no representation that the Software is legally available for purchase or use in any specific jurisdiction.
4. US Persons — Specific Acknowledgement
If you are a US person (including any US citizen, US resident, or entity organised under US law), you specifically confirm that you have independently satisfied yourself that your purchase and use of the Software does not require the seller to be registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any other US regulatory body, and that you are not relying on the seller for any purpose that would require such registration.
5. Risk Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that automated trading involves significant financial risk, that past performance of the Software in any environment (live, simulated, or backtested) is not indicative of future results, and that you may lose some or all of your trading capital.
6. Independent Advice
You confirm that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal and financial advice before completing this purchase, and that you are proceeding on that basis.
