1. Not Financial Advice

1.1 The software ("the Bot") is provided as a technology tool only. Nothing contained in the Bot, its documentation, or any associated communications constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of regulated advice.

1.2 The seller ("we", "us") is not a licensed financial adviser, broker, or investment manager and does not hold any regulatory authorisation to provide financial advice in any jurisdiction.

1.3 You should seek independent financial advice from a qualified professional before using automated trading software.

2. Risk Warning

2.1 Trading in financial instruments, including foreign exchange, contracts for difference, commodities, and cryptocurrencies, carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

2.2 You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

2.3 Past performance of the Bot, whether in live or simulated conditions, is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that the Bot will generate profits.

2.4 Automated trading systems can malfunction, produce unexpected results, or perform differently in live market conditions compared to backtesting or simulation environments.

3. Your Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, whether made manually or executed automatically by the Bot on your behalf.

3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Bot complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3.3 You are responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and management of the Bot and any connected brokerage accounts.

3.4 We accept no responsibility for losses arising from your failure to monitor the Bot, broker outages, connectivity issues, or incorrect configuration.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

4.2 We shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the Bot, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

4.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Bot.

5. Jurisdiction and Regulatory Compliance

5.1 The Bot is made available on a global basis. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether purchasing, downloading, and using the Bot is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or are otherwise subject to regulation.

5.2 The seller makes no representation that the Bot is legally available for purchase or use in any specific jurisdiction, and does not hold regulatory authorisation in any jurisdiction in connection with the sale of this software.

5.3 If you are a US person (including any US citizen, US resident, or entity organised under US law), you acknowledge that you have independently satisfied yourself that your purchase and use of the Bot does not require the seller to be registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any other US regulatory body, and that you are not relying on the seller for any purpose that would require such registration.

5.4 By completing your purchase, you represent and warrant that your use of the Bot complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The seller accepts no liability arising from your failure to comply with local regulatory requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All intellectual property rights in the Bot remain with us. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Bot for your own trading purposes only.

6.2 You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicence, or distribute the Bot or any part of it without our prior written consent.

7. No Refunds for Trading Losses

7.1 Refund eligibility (if any) is limited to software defects and does not extend to dissatisfaction with trading results or market performance.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
